The directors of Hardy Telecommunications, Inc., have passed a resolution honoring Glen O. Bradfield, who passed away October 5 after serving as a director of the company for more than 34 years.
A copy of this resolution was presented to Mrs. Charlotte Bradfield, Glen’s surviving spouse, on March 12, 2010.
