Hardy Telecommunications now is offering a new automated pay-by-phone feature through our payment processor Paymentus. Make a payment by phone without having to speak to a customer service representative! When you dial our office main line at 304-530-5000 or 304-897-9911, you will hear a recording giving you the option to make a payment on our automated system by pressing 1. Once our pay-by-phone system is reached, it will ask you to press 1 to continue in English or 2 to continue in Spanish. Please make sure that you have your customer account number (it can be found on your Hardy bill) and payment method when you call. The system will ask for your customer account number and your billing ZIP code. Our pay-by-phone feature also can be reached directly by dialing 1-866-470-5490.
The steps to initiate a pay-by-phone transaction are simple:
- Dial our Hardy office main line at 304-897-9911 or 304-530-5000, or call the pay-by-phone feature directly at 1-866-470-5490.
- Press 1 to make a payment on our automated system. (Press nothing and stay on the line to reach our office instead.)
- When the automated system is activated, press 1 to continue in English or press 2 to continue in Spanish.
- Enter your customer account number (found on your Hardy bill), followed by the # button.
- Enter your billing ZIP code, followed by the # button.
