The West Virginia University vs. Iowa State University football game on Saturday, October 30, 2021, will not be available for viewing via regular broadcast television by any TV provider. Instead, the game can be seen only via the ESPN+ streaming platform, a subscription internet service. The Big 12 Conference has announced that the Big 12 Conference game at WVU’s Milan Puskar Stadium will be televised on Big 12 Now on ESPN+ at 2 p.m. ET, according to WVU’s sports website.
Customers must purchase their own subscriptions with ESPN+ in order to stream the service. Hardy Telecommunications is not allowed to purchase a subscription and stream the content on OneNet TV.
With the Big 12 Now affiliation with ESPN+, more WVU sports are expected to be show exclusively on ESPN+ over time. Several WVU basketball games for the upcoming season already have been announced as airing exclusively on ESPN+.
