Customer E-Care, our new online billing service, is now available from Hardy Telecommunications!
With E-Care, you can view and pay your bill online, set up automatic payment withdrawal from your credit card or debit account, and even help the environment by signing up for paperless billing. For more information about E-Care and instructions for signing up, visit our E-Care page on our website. You will find the login for Customer E-Care under the Login dropdown menu in the top right of our new main webpage.
Once you have enrolled in E-Care, you can log in at any time to our secure site with the “Customer E-Care” link on our main webpage. E-Care lets you see your current and past bills, see your subscribed services, view your payment history, track your telephone usage and more. With paperless billing, you will get an email each month telling you when you have a new bill. You can then view and pay the bill online through E-Care. If you are set up for automatic payment, you can track your account on the Web.
