Ward A. Malcolm II and Victoria O. Dyer have been elected to three-year terms on Hardy Telecommunications’ Board of Directors, according to election results tallied Wednesday night, November 4, by Hardy’s Credentials and Elections Committee. We congratulate Mr. Malcolm and Ms. Dyer and thank all members who participated in the voting. Mr. Malcolm was elected to the South Fork serving area 1 position, replacing the retiring Loring Barr. We sincerely thank Mr. Barr for his contributions to our board and express our admiration for his 42 years of service. Ms. Dyer was elected to the Lost River serving area 3 position. She is the current board member from that area and was re-elected to a new three-year term. Jessica Baker served as chairwoman of the Credentials and Elections Committee. A total of 423 member ballots were counted. The board election results will be formally recognized during Hardy’s Annual Meeting, taking place at 4 p.m. Thursday, November 5, via Zoom webinar.
