Bids will be opened on May 18, and the buyer is expected to complete the transaction by May 22, 2026. It can be seen at our Moorefield office. Bids may be dropped off, in sealed envelopes, at the Hardy office in Lost River, Moorefield, Capon Bridge, or Wardensville (please check beforehand to ensure that the office is open; some offices are open only on certain days of the week).
