Hardy Offices Re-Open With Social Distancing Restrictions

Hardy Telecommunications’ offices are once again open to the public, but some social distancing restrictions are in place. Only one customer will be allowed in each office at one time; other customers are asked to wait for the previous customer to leave the office before entering. Customers also are asked to maintain a six-foot distance from one another and employees unless safety barriers are in place. Only authorized personnel are allowed past the customer lobby area. Customers are urged to use hand sanitizer and to abide by all posted guidelines and safety requests by employees.

At this time we still are not performing computer software repair.

Customers are urged to continue utilizing alternative payment methods and other measures that do not require an in-office visit. Our various payment methods are still in use:

  • Payments can be mailed to any of our three offices: 2255 Kimseys Run Road, Lost River, WV 26810; 121 South Main St., Moorefield, WV 26836; and 345 East Main St., Suite A, Wardensville, WV 26851.
  • We accept payments by phone. Simply call one of our offices at 304-897-9911 or 304-530-5000.
  • Customers can pay online by credit card with our E-Care service through our website at hardynet.com.
  • Payment drop boxes are located in the parking lots of our three offices for after-hours payments. We are checking the drop boxes on a more frequent basis.

Many other services, including service troubles, can be resolved remotely and don’t require a technician to visit your home – in many cases we can troubleshoot with you and walk you through a solution. For after-hours telephone issues, call 304-897-9913 or 304-530-HELP (4357); for after-hours internet/TV issues, call 1-800-884-0778.

Please be aware that we must protect our employees and customers. We will evaluate the need for in-home service calls on a case-by-case basis, and service issues with possible medical implications might take priority. Residents will be asked certain questions and will be asked to abide by recommended precautions for the safety of themselves and our employees.
