Hardy Telecommunications will open a Capon Bridge office on Monday, August 10. The office is located at 199 Capon School St., Capon Bridge, WV 26711. This is the old Capon Bridge Middle School building; our office is next to the Hampshire County Sheriff’s Capon Bridge Sub-Office. The phone number is 304-897-9911, the same number as our Lost River office. Office hours will be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an hour closing for lunch. To start, the office will be open Monday-Friday excluding holidays; however, office hours likely will be reduced to certain days of the week in the future and will be increased as necessary as more locations are available for service. Currently, service availability in the area is limited.
Because of ongoing local, state and federal guidelines regarding COVID-19 pandemic safety, we ask all customers to wear a mask, use hand sanitizer and practice social distancing. Many processes can be completed without physically visiting the office.
Our Wardensville office will be closed temporarily while we re-allocate personnel. Our other offices remain open and can be reached at 304-897-2355 or 304-897-9911. Payments still will be collected from the Wardensville drop box, but we also encourage customers to use other payment methods, including online payments at our website or by phone.
