Hardy Airing McCoy’s Grand Film

Derek Barr plays Murray Burns and Sarah Imboden plays Sandra Markowitz in the upcoming comedy “A Thousand Clowns” at McCoy’s Grand Theatre. The show will be performed the weekends of March 24-26 and March 31-April 2.

Hardy OneNet will feature an original documentary, “The Making of ‘A Thousand Clowns'” on OneNet channel 915. The short film gives a behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming comedy at McCoy’s Grand Theatre in Moorefield. Local filmmaker Brett Reel directed and edited the documentary. “The Making of ‘A Thousand Clowns'” will be broadcast at 9 p.m. Friday, March 10 and 17; 8 p.m. Saturday, March 11 and 18; and at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Sunday, March 12 and 19.

“A Thousand Clowns” is directed by Adam Leatherman and stars Derek Barr, Sarah Imboden, Carter Combs, Brett Reel, Kirk Yutzy, and James MacBean. It will be performed the weekends of March 24-26 and March 31-April 2. Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for students. Tickets can be purchased online by visiting mccoysgrand.com/tickets; at Colt’s Restaurant, South Branch Inn, Hardy County Public Library, and the Hardy County Chamber of Commerce in Moorefield; the Lost River Trading Post in Wardensville; Anderson’s Corner in Romney; or at the door approximately 30 minutes before showtime.
