UPDATE: Offices Closed To Customers December 15 Due To Storm

UPDATE: Due to the winter storm, Hardy Telecommunications physical office locations in Lost River, Moorefield, Wardensville, and Capon Bridge will be closed to customers on Thursday, December 15, 2022. We are open for business remotely. We encourage customers to use remote business methods. We accept payments by phone at 304-530-5000 or 304-897-9911, and customers also can pay by credit card with our E-Care service through our website by clicking HERE. Please stay off the roads if possible until highway crews have been able to treat and/or clear them. We urge everyone to exercise caution when driving on treacherous roads, and please keep an eye out for ice and fallen trees or utility lines. Our 24-hour trouble line is 1-800-884-0778. Anyone requiring after-hours emergency telephone repair can call either 304-897-9913 in Lost River or 304-530-HELP (4357) in Moorefield. Please be advised that our employees can only respond to troubles when it is deemed safe for them to do so.
